Arrival to Izmir airport and transfer to Kusadasi. After check in hotel, free time. Dinner is at hotel
Today we explore the biggest Ionian City : Ephesus one of places more visited in Turkey . We walk in main streets of Ephesus and see the City Parliament, the Temples and Curet's Street, Celsus' Library, Marble Street , the great Theatre, Arcadian way, etc. It is believed that Virgin Mary stayed in Ephesus and passed a way here. This place is Mary's House so visit Virgin Mary House and drive to Seven Sleepers Cave . According to the legend 7 Christians boys escaped from persecution of the Roman and took refuge in a cave, and miraculously they slept nearly 300 years in this cave. Then we visit Artemis Temple , which once was one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. We taste local wine of Sirince, a lovely small town among olive grooves, and back to hotel in Kusadasi
Departure from your hotel in the morning and drive to South of Ephesus. Our first stop is Priene, which was leading member of Panionic league and one important Ionian City . We will see the foundations of the temples, gymnasiums, basilica, and agora, which are well preserved. Drive further to South and visit Miletus which had important hourbour grain's stocks market. After finish, we will conticue to visit the oracle's centre Didyma, to see Apollo Temple . After this visit, transfer to your hotel, check in, and free time to swim in Altinkum, one of the best beaches in Turkey .
Leaving the beautiful Altinkum beach behind and driving to Caunos passing by Bafa Lake , Koycegiz Lake (a little Lake is connected with Mediterranean Sea by natural water channel). The scenery of these coasts are extraordinary. We embark on little boat and sail to see Caunos Ruins and The Roman's Rock Tomb. In the end of the boat excursion you may try the mud bath. Arrival to Fethiye and free time in Oludeniz Beach ( Dead Sea ) for swimming.
In the morning we visit Fethiye surroundings such as Saklikent (a deep and narrow gorge), The Kings' Rock Tombs carved in the cliff of the mountains, and Kayakoy, a Greek village which was deserted during the population Exchange in 1923. We leave Fethiye to Lycia , the country of the light. Our first Lycian City is Xhantos , the city of the prideful people who choose to die instead of surrendered to Persian. When people of Xhantos understood that they were going to loose the war against Persian, they killed their women and children, burnt the city and finally they killed themselves. After hearing this sad story we drive to Patara, the longest beach in Turkey . Swimming break and drive to Kas. Arrival and check in hotel.
Today we embark in a little boat and sail on Lycian coasts around little semi islands and see The Sunken city . This city was flooded by sea and we see the ruins of the city under the water from boat. Arrival to Kekova and visit the castle and seeing some of the sarcophaguses, some of them submerged with water. Sail back to hotel.
Today we drive along the Lycian Coast , and see Saint Nicholas place: Demre . We visit Church of Saint Nicholas and Demre's Ruins and drive to Olympos. Olympos is a little chraming village among pine forests on coasts. Here we stay at a wooden bungalow houses and free time on beach of Olympos for swimming. In the night we drive to see the burning stones flames.
Depart from Olympos to Antalya to see city of Pamphilyam which means land of all tribes. We will also see Perge and Aspendos, where is the best preserved Roman Theatre , still in use for cultural events. Later on we'll drive to see Duden Waterfall. Arrival to hotel and check in.
After breakfast in the hotel, transfer to the airport. End of our services.
